an international presenter, speaker, entrepreneur, personal trainer
and coach she inspires personal trainers and clients. She has spent
20 years in the health and fitness business developing and delivering
programs for numerous clients and personal trainers.
Linda has a passion in the pursuit of finding and developing the
most efficient, effective physical and mental techniques for advanced
skills in personal training - to take our profession and skill set
to another level.
“I have observed over time, personal trainers have great
skills in exercise technique and lifestyle change. However we still
have not been able to assist our clients to really make the lasting
changes needed and for them to live into the way they truly want
to be and to be able sustain this change”.
After training as a life coach I specialised in well being coaching
and pursuing what it is that keeps clients and personal trainers
stuck. This coach training still was not it. I asked myself “What
skill do we need that is really going to make the difference? ”I
had a sense that still there was something missing.
This is when I had the good fortune to meet and work with the
most remarkable man, Tom Stone from Inner Human Design. I met Tom
Stone in 2003 at The Future of Coaching Convention in San Francisco
here I learnt about his model of work called The Core Dynamics of
Common Problems, I did further training with Tom in London and Denver.
Early in 2004 Tom invited 15 people from around the world to train
with him as teachers of this work I was fortunate to be one of them
for this I am extremely grateful. Working with Tom and this special
group of people has had a profound effect on my life and life for
me has unfolded in the most delightful way. I am grateful to have
the opportunity to be a channel for this work and bring this to
the personal training community.
What our clients really need help with is under standing their
conditioning and to experience, learn and use the powerful techniques
in this coaching programme, to really GET behavioural change and
then for us as personal coaches/ trainers to be great role models
and to provide a programme of support to live into a new way of
being.
I have reworked this model of work for the personal training industry.
It is my personal vision to take this work into the Fitness Industry
around the world. So we can all be fully self - expressed and live
our lives to our full potential.”
